Spring Review

Happy faces is what its all about and this photo says it all. While the snapper were a bit patchy through the colder months there were still some good ones caught and enough quantity for a good feed. The days of filling big ice boxes is gone and the emphasis is on an enjoyable experience out on the water.  This year we released a number of weighty cobia. With many customers just here for  a short visit and living in hotels, we always check that the fish that we catch are going to be used. There is nothing better than fresh fish and some of the tastiest are ones that are not so well known.

As I write there are still whales heading home for the summer and we look forward to the arrival of marlin, mahi mahi and wahoo.

 Don't forget a hat and sunscreen and enjoy your fishing experience on "Hillary Sunset" and "Reel Screamer", your  fishing platforms for a memorable day out fishing.
